A first-person space sim odyssey

After an engine failure leaves your spacecraft with no propulsion and no means to alter your course, all there is left to do is observe your surroundings as you drift farther into the depths of space. Nothing awaits.

Close Approach is a first-person tracking game. Across nine uniquely challenging stages, scan objects in your vicinity by following their movements using a combination of steady crank turns and precise roll adjustments. Use the instrument panel to orient your view, locate targets, and help keep your reticle lined up with your target.

Careful observation, mastering the controls, and learning to use the instruments are all essential for realignment.
