You have to deal with annoying Urban Planning Rules, weird scoreboards and crazy mayors.
A match three-game in which you have carefully evaluate every move: every level has different Urban Planning Rules to be accomplished.
And - I was forgetting it - you have to deal with the real enemy of every Urbanist: Cars.
